Welcome, friends!
The Greater Norristown Art League (GNAL) is a non-profit organization with a 501 (c)(3) status engaged in the promotion and teaching of the Arts in our community. Founded in 1941 and chartered in 1957, we are located in the historical Old Norriton Schoolhouse.
GNAL offers day, evening, and weekend classes for adults, teens, and children, in addition to one day studios in all media, exhibition opportunities, and summer camp for children.

Whether you are a seasoned artist or someone who just wants to do something fun and creative,or somewhere in between. We offer something for everyone and are happy to help you find your place in one of our classes.
Explore
Create more than art. Become part of a community of individuals making the world a better place, one stroke at a time. In addition to classes, GNAL offers members and the wider community opportunities to volunteer and attend events. From our annual MLK Day offering to our Earth Day clean ups and everyday tasks, we are managed by a dedicated group of volunteers. Community events such as bingo and game nights provide support for the arts while having fun.
Grow
We offer multiple opportunities for our students, members, and area artists to showcase their works. From our own Gallery@800 West, to satellite exhibitions in partnership with area businesses, to our annual shows, we encourage our students and members to push themselves by showing their work publicly--and we are with you every step of the way!
