Drawing Anything YOU WANT
ONLINE
Sessions 1: 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1, 8/8, 8/15
Monday • 6 Weeks • 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm
If you can’t have fun drawing then what’s the point? In this class, you choose what we draw! This class will focus on the student and their interest. Don’t worry, you’ll still learn some technical skills. We will be having fun so you’ll need something to apply color. The Required Material is very basic for this reason. The Optional Recommended Material is where the artist can choose the medium best for them. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me at jdrodpictures@gmail.com for further direction.
Required Material-
Canson Mixed Media Paper (11X14)–This paper is easy to find and works great if we need to add water to anything
2B Pencil
Kneaded Eraser
Additional Recommended Material (Pick at least ONE Media for Making Lines and ONE Media for Making Color)
Material for Making Lines:
Ballpoint Pen–“Zebra f.301 0.7 mm”
Brush Pen–“Pentel Pocket Brush Pen”
Multiliners– “Sakura Micron Set”
Charcoal Pencil
Material for Making Color:
Oil Pastel- “Sakura Cray-Pas Expressionist” (works best on grey or tan Toned Paper)
Color Pencil- “Prisma Color Premier” (at least a 24 ct. set)
Watercolor- “Sakura Koi Water Colors Pocket Field Sketch Box”
Brush sizes–Round 7, 4, 1

KIDS CLAY

Monday • 6 weeks • 4:30 to 6:00 pm
Session 3: 5/16, 5/23, 6/6, 6/13, 6/20, 6/27
Join us as we explore the basics of three-dimensional art with hand-building clay projects. Students will gain a better understanding of shapes, textures, and lines through classic sculpting techniques such as pinch, coil, and slab. Some drawing and painting will be involved in this class.
